The ABC Orthotist & Prosthetist Scholarship provides $10,000 to students in CAAHEP-accredited master’s programs who demonstrate financial need and academic excellence. Eligibility Criteria for ABC Orthotist & Prosthetist Scholarships
1. ABC Orthotist & Prosthetist Scholarship ($10,000)
- Enrolled: Full-time in a CAAHEP-accredited orthotist/prosthetist master’s degree program.
- Completed: At least two semesters or three quarters of a CAAHEP-accredited orthotist/prosthetist program with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Â
- Limited to: One award per individual.
- Financial need: Must demonstrate financial need.
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident.
2. ABC Scholarship for O&P Diversity ($10,000)
- Enrolled: Full-time and in good academic standing in a CAAHEP-accredited orthotist/prosthetist master’s degree program.
- Completed: At least two semesters or three quarters of a CAAHEP-accredited orthotist/prosthetist program. Â
- Underrepresented: Must be a member of a racial or ethnic population underrepresented in O&P: Asian American, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native American or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander. Â
- Limited to: One award per individual.
- Financial need: Must demonstrate financial need.
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident.
