Bake Parlor is Hiring ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMIN & HR

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ø Should have a sound knowledge on ERP Software
Ø Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point & Access.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & BEHAVIORS:
Ø Should be graduate, MBA (HRM) will be preferred
Ø 3 to 5 years of experience in the following areas:
o  Recruitment, Human Resource Management, Administration, Performance Management, Compensation and Wages Structure, Employee Classification, Employment Law, Vendor Finalization, Government Issues, Fleet Management, Security Guard Deployment & Payroll Finalization.
Ø Good Communication Skills
Ø Excellent Problem Solving and Time Management Skills

GENERAL:
Ø Having own conveyance and residence near DHA Phase 8 will be preferred
Ø Both Genders are encouraged to apply
