2. Finance:
In Google’s Finance department, interns develop solutions for complex forecasting, compliance, and project management challenges. This team supports Google’s moonshot ideas, advising product teams, and ensuring that the company meets its financial goals.
3. People Operations (POps):
Known elsewhere as HR, People Operations interns work on projects to recruit, develop, and retain Google talent. This team is essential to maintaining Google’s inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
4. Program Management:
From planning to execution, Program Managers oversee Google’s large-scale projects across various departments. This role is integral to ensuring that product development and company-wide initiatives run smoothly.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications for Applicants
To qualify, applicants must be:
- Enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for the internship duration.
Preferred qualifications include being in the first year of an MBA program, with the ability to complete the internship between May and August or June and September 2025.
