Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement
activities within our FMCG company. The successful candidate will be
responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven ability to manage procurement processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with key
suppliers.
Cost Management: Negotiate contracts and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with company policies.
Risk Management: Manage procurement risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the procurement team.
Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
8 to 10 years of procurement experience in the FMCG industry.
