Airfare:
- Round-trip Economy Class tickets arranged by the TaiwanICDF for the most direct flights to and from Taiwan.

Housing:
- All students must reside in university-provided dormitories, with housing costs fully covered.
Tuition Fees:
- The TaiwanICDF covers all tuition fees required by the student’s university.
Credit Fees:

Insurance:
- Mandatory student safety insurance as per the Ministry of Education is provided.
- Additional accidental and necessary medical coverage is included for the entire duration of the program.
Book Costs:
- Costs for textbooks required by instructors will be covered upon approval from the student’s institute director.
Monthly Allowance:
- Master’s Program: NT$18,000 per month for food and living expenses.
- Ph.D. Program:Â NT$20,000 per month for food and living expenses.
- The allowance will be deposited directly into the student’s local bank account monthly.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed.
- Not hold dual citizenship with Taiwan or be an overseas compatriot student.
- Fulfill the admission requirements of the designated partner university.
- Meet the Resident Visa (Code: FS) and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) criteria set by Taiwan’s government.
- Not hold any other Taiwan government-sponsored scholarships during the same academic year.
- Have graduated from any previously held TaiwanICDF scholarships before July 31, 2024, if applicable.
- Present the highest-level diploma before July 31, 2025.
