Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26 Fully Funded Undergraduate Scholarships in Oman
The Government of the Sultanate of Oman has announced fully funded scholarships for international students—including Pakistani nationals—under the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation. These scholarships offer the opportunity to pursue Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected private higher education institutions across Oman.
Key Benefits
- 100% Tuition Fee Waiver
- Monthly Stipend:
- OMR 200 (if housing is not provided)
- OMR 140 (if free housing is provided)
- One round-trip air ticket per academic year
- Choice of multiple universities and majors
- Option to choose up to 3 universities and 2 academic majors
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Pakistani national
- Completed Intermediate or equivalent (Grade 12) within the last 3 years
- Must be 23 years or younger at the time of application
- Must be medically fit
- Must obtain an Equivalency Certificate from the Ministry of Education, Oman (qualifications@moe.com)
Required Documents
- Valid Passport
- Intermediate Certificate or equivalent
- Omani Equivalency Certificate
- English Language Proficiency results (if available)
Note: All files must be in English, under the file size limits (2MB for PDFs, 1MB for images), and without special characters in the filename.

- Apply directly to Omani universities before August 25, 2025
- Also send your details to the Embassy of Pakistan in Muscat: parepmuscat@mofa.gov.pk
