REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS

DIRECTOR (STUDENT AFFAIRS):

B.Sc. Engg. or M.Sc. or  M A in Social or Administrative Sciences  with 12 years post qualification experience in student affairs, arrange and coordinate curricular and co-curricular activities of student societies and clubs, student conduct, discipline and counseling, liaise with Alumni, arrange events –induction / open house/ convocation etc. in a reputed teaching institution. Knowledge of semester system, credit hours system (grades, grade points average etc.) preferable.  Should have good working knowledge of MS Windows  and excellent communication skills.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (ELECTRICAL):

B.Sc./B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with a minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in a government or semi-government or autonomous or a private reputed organization. Must be registered with PEC. Should have good working knowledge of computer and excellent communication skills.

STAFF OFFICER:

B.Sc. (Eng.) or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Pubic Administration or Administrative / Social Sciences, or Natural Sciences from a reputed HEC recognized university, preferably with 5 years post-qualification experience in reputed organization (public /private)  sectors. Excellent communication skills, office management, coordination including written, verbal, and presentation skills. Should have excellent computer skills and be extra hardworking. 

Hostel Warden (Male):

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years education) from a recognized university with 03 years relevant experience in a reputed educational institution. The incumbent should be capable of managing hostel operations, maintaining discipline, handling students’ medical, social, and personal emergencies, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep of hostel facilities and assets, and promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of students. Strong communication, interpersonal, drafting, and MS Office skills are required. Experience in student affairs and record management will be preferred.

PRINCIPAL (GIK COLLEGE):

Master’s Degree in Social or Natural or Physical Sciences or Education or Educational Planning and Management. Should have minimum 10 years post qualification teaching and administrative experience including minimum of 5 years as Principal of a reputed English Medium School and College. Computer literacy and sport background is preferable.

SENIOR TEACHER (PHYSICS): 

1st Class Master’s degree in Physics preferably with B.Ed / M.Ed from recognized university. Candidates having two years’ experience in a reputed English Medium   School or at College level of good repute will be given preference.

JUNIOR TEACHER (MONTESSORI):

B.A. or B.Sc. with PTC or CT. Candidates having a Diploma in Montessori Education and teaching experience in an English Medium School or at a college of good repute will be given preference.

JUNIOR TEACHER (MATHEMATICS):

B.A. or B. Sc. With PTC or CT having teaching experience in an English Medium School or at college level of good repute will be given preference.
