Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CGS 2025, you must meet the following requirements:
Education Background:
- Master’s Applicants: Hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- PhD Applicants: Hold a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
Language Proficiency:
- Chinese-Taught Programs: HSK Level 4 (minimum score: 180) for science/engineering; HSK Level 5 for humanities.
- English-Taught Programs: TOEFL (minimum 80) or IELTS (minimum 5.5); or evidence of prior education in English.
Application Procedure
Follow these steps to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship 2025:
Online Application:
- Register and complete the form on the CSC Online Application System. Use DUT’s Agency Number: 10141.
- Complete DUT’s application at iso.dlut.edu.cn.
Submit Required Documents:
- Application forms for CSC and DUT.
- Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts.
- Study plan (minimum 1,000 words).
- Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
- Physical Examination Form and Blood Test Report.
- Passport photocopy and language proficiency certificates.
- Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (or No Criminal Record Commitment).
